The Phoenix Club of Nashville: Supporting the Boys and Girls Clubs

The Phoenix Club of Nashville leadership is an elected, volunteer Board of Directors voted upon at an annual Election gathering and performs Officer’s duties designated by our formal, legally binding Bylaws. Prior to elections, we have a Nominating Committee composed of the sitting President and four regular Members appointed by the President. Both the fiscal year and Officers terms of the Phoenix Club commence May 1.

The West-Conrad Phoenician of The Year Award is named after founders Hunter O.West and R. Kemp Conrad. This award is nominated and voted upon by the sitting Board of Directors and given to members who have displayed unparalleled leadership while adhering to our organization’s mission during said year of membership.

“Taste”, Greeting Card, and “Equinox” Chairs are appointed by the Chairman and approved by the sitting Board of Directors. Event Chairs have a sincere desire to have a fiscally successful and professionally produced fundraiser during said year of membership.
